Develop and implement strategic plans for driving learning sales and delivery in alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of learning sales and delivery professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results for clients.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales and delivery strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track and report on sales and delivery performance.
Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the learning sales and delivery team, promoting a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales and delivery activities.
