Timeframes vary but an average outage duration is 30-45 days</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br/><ul><li>Lead assigned portion of outage scope through planning and execution stage</li> <li>Organizing materials through expediting, quoting prices, and ensuring the correct parts are available for jobs</li> <li>Develop scope for assigned work orders within the outage, identifying secondary and/or support disciplines required</li> <li>Create detailed job packages in Cleopatra for each work order utilizing planning templates as applicable. Activities include individual tasks, Client, durations, and assigned discipline</li> <li>Provide daily schedule updates during outage execution</li> <li>Create job planning packages for each work order per Air Products guidelines for both internal and external distribution, e.g. bid events, contractor field personnel, etc. Packages may include pictures, P&IDs, BOMs, tools, safe work procedures, applicable standards, QC requirements, etc</li> <li>Provide leadership in risk management, contractor safety, and mitigating safety issues in operations</li> <li>Support Management of Change processes, recognizing plant changes and following through on all documentation and recommendations in a timely manner</li> <li>Maintaining communication with craftspeople, contractor representatives, and materials suppliers</li> <li>Uphold and communicate high standards of housekeeping in assigned areas and on all job sites. Conduct frequent formal housekeeping inspections of plant areas</li> <li>Complete close out and documentation as required by Client standards and procedures.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><br/><ul><li>Ability to read and interpret Electrical & Instrumentation drawings and PID's</li> <li>Experience in preparing and reviewing test / work packages for issuance to the field</li> <li>10+ years' experience in Electrical & Instrumentation package planning and/or 10+ years of E&I journey-level maintenance experience</li> <li>Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) SAP, Primavera P6, Adobe</li> <li>10+ years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, LV & HV Motors, heaters, power distribution equipment, and general preventative maintenance on various electrical components.
