Job Responsibilities
Manually plan and implement testing on content.
Outline Moonloot's quality assurance process and support quality ideas at all levels.
Lead a QA vendor team for scalability testing, ensuring business timelines are met while maintaining the highest quality.
Work with the game development team and development director to define quality parameters and details of Done.
Create a test plan, schedule and provide support for the project.
Create a dashboard to track test status.
Supervise and manage the quality of games and tickets, adjusting the system if necessary.
Book a ticket and ensure our service is the best.
Work with team members to identify positive risks during identity development.
Train QA vendors and teams on quality processes as required.
Describe the testing tools, debugging options, and management tools required by the QA team to conduct testing in the most effective and efficient manner.
Manage relationships with QA vendors and help onboard QA tests for the project.
Lead testing efforts with hands‑on testing capabilities.
Develop internal QA teams based on project scope and manage resources within defined timelines, cost and scope in conjunction with local QAM and central Netflix QA.
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an assurance manager in the gaming industry.
3+ years leading an external or internal QA team.
Experience working with partner teams (such as customer service teams).
Manage quality and budget needs.
Experience working with JIRA workflows and JIRA project management.
Experience working with Android and iPhone applications.
Broad understanding of mobile phones and their hardware and software capabilities.
