What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual office. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing calendars, schedules, and appointments. - Coordinating travel arrangements and bookings. - Preparing and distributing meeting materials and minutes. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases. - Providing exceptional customer service and support. - Performing data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks. - Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals.
