Your main responsibilities will include:</p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat</li> <li>Providing fast, friendly, and professional assistance</li> <li>Troubleshooting product and service issues to find optimal solutions</li> <li>Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions</li> <li>Staying up to date on client products, services, and policies to provide accurate information</li> <li>Collaborating with teammates and sharing feedback to continuously improve the customer experience</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently.
