<p>As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ customers receive top-notch support. Your main responsibilities will include:</p>

<li>Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat</li>
<li>Providing fast, friendly, and professional assistance</li>
<li>Troubleshooting product and service issues to find optimal solutions</li>
<li>Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions</li>
<li>Staying up to date on client products, services, and policies to provide accurate information</li>
<li>Collaborating with teammates and sharing feedback to continuously improve the customer experience</li>

<p> <strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have:</p>

<li>This is a fully remote position, but you must be located within the United States</li>
<li>Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading the English language</li>
<li>A reliable Internet connection and computer</li>
<li>A positive, professional attitude and a passion for helping others</li>
<li>The ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office</li>
<li>Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required</li>
