If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy solving problems, we want to hear from you!</div> <div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Engage new customers via phone, email, and text to guide them through onboarding and account activation.</li> <li>Educate customers on product benefits, including cost-saving features and ways to maximize value.</li> <li>Assist with account setup, resolving common setup issues such as PIN entry and initial login.</li> <li>Provide consultative support to ensure customers understand how the product meets their business needs.</li> <li>Monitor customer progress and send reminders to encourage first-time use.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and improve onboarding processes.</li> <li>Maintain a positive and proactive approach in all customer interactions.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Experience working closely with customers in account management, customer success, onboarding, or similar capacity <strong>(Required)</strong></li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in <strong>English and Spanish</strong>. <strong>(Required)</strong></li> <li>Based in LATAM <strong>(Required)</strong></li> <li>Stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup. <strong>(Required)</strong></li> <li>Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.</li> <li>A positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.</li> </ul>
