Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: 40% of collections
Expected Earnings: $300,000–$600,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: $1,000 per day for the first 12 months

The Opportunity
This is a full-time pediatric dentist opportunity with a consistent, established schedule:

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
You'll perform all procedures within the scope of pediatric dentistry, supported by an experienced team and strong clinical resources. A standout feature of this role is weekly OR block time, with our associates typically going to the operating room once per week.
You'll practice with modern technology and clinical tools, including:
- Digital X-rays
- Soft tissue laser
- Intraoral anesthetic delivery
With informal mentorship through peer support and guidance, this is a strong opportunity for a pediatric dentist looking to grow within a busy, well-supported practice.
