<p><strong>Description:</strong></p><p>Qtego is looking for enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Event Assistants in the <strong>Nebraska (Omaha, Fremont, Lincoln, Kearney, Bellevue, and Columbus) </strong>area to support fundraising events for our nonprofit clients! </p><p><br></p><p>This position is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible schedule with excellent work-life balance. Qtego partners with nonprofit organizations across the country to help run their fundraising events with our innovative software and signature service. Since 2009, Qtego has helped our clients streamline fundraising event management for various types of events such as formal galas, golf outings, walk-a-thons, and many more! </p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Welcome and register guests at the start of the fundraiser </li><li>Assist guests throughout the event as they bid, buy, vote, and donate</li><li>Check-out guests at the end of the event</li><li>Assist with equipment set-up and tear-down</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay:</strong></p><ul><li>$125/local (50 miles or less roundtrip) event or $150/out-of-town (over 50 miles round trip) event</li><li>Travel expenses reimbursed if applicable</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Availability:</strong></p><ul><li>Very flexible schedule – Choose the events you want to work!</li><li><strong>No minimum events required</strong></li><li>Ability to work days, nights, or weekends</li><li>Majority of events fall on weekends</li></ul><p>*Please note that shift availability is on an <em>as-needed basis</em> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience You Gain: </strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on event experience</li><li>Exposure to a wide variety of local and national nonprofit organizations </li><li>Making a difference by helping nonprofits raise money for their cause! </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Basic Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma</li><li>Basic understanding of how to operate a MacBook Air and iPad</li><li>Ability to interact with guests and offer a helping hand</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Maintain a clean, professional image</li><li>Participate in an online training prior to first event, and as needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>To apply for the Part-Time Nonprofit Fundraising Event Assistant position, please email staffing@qtego.com</strong></p>
