We have been using Notion for several years and have built and managed our own workspace, but we have never been completely satisfied with the overall structure. We know Notion well enough to handle much of the build ourselves, but we are not experts in system architecture or advanced functionality.

We have a clear understanding of what we need the system to accomplish, but we need an expert to help us determine the best way to structure it in Notion.

For this project, we are looking for someone to review our needs, brainstorm solutions with us, and recommend the best overall architecture, database relationships, and workflows.

We are not looking for implementation or build-out at this stage. The deliverable for this project is a recommended Notion design/architecture and a clear game plan that our team can use to build the system.
